Job summary: This position collects and analyzes statistical inquiry data within the Information Response Management Group. Responsible for utilizing data to track, analyze, and report consumer inquiries and complaints. Acts as the point of contact for fraud and abuse investigated by Inspector General and communicates final determination and action to WIC contractors to prevent continued fraud and abuse. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
The individual chosen for this position will have the opportunity to cross collaborate with various WIC areas, communicate with WIC directors and WIC clinic staff, assist WIC families with inquiries and complaints by email, phone, and “live chat.”
