NWA teams up with Third Settlements to advance Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB), supported by a grant from the Walmart Foundation. Third Settlements, experienced in cultural assessments, helps NWA develop EDIB-focused values and a comprehensive work plan, fostering internal and external cultural strength.
