St. Charles County Department of Public Health The St. Charles County Department of Public Health has an opening for a full-time Nursing Program Assistant-WIC Certifier. WIC Certifiers are paraprofessionals who work in the Women, Infants & Children Food and Nutrition Program and assist in collecting and entering data needed for the certification process in the Missouri WIC Information Network System (MOWINS). The Nutrition Coordinator shall oversee the WIC Certifier’s work in nutrition education, issuing food prescriptions, and risk factors assignment.
