NWA Board of Directors (BOD) meetings are typically held quarterly in May (Spring), July (Summer), October (Fall), and January (Winter). The Winter BOD meeting will be held January 26 - 29, 2016 in Durangom CO.

NWA is governed by a 28 member Board of Directors comprised of State and Local Agency WIC Directors, State Nutrition Coordinators, a representative of the Indian & Native American WIC State Agencies, and six officers.

You may contact the hotel to make your room reservations effective today.

All reservations must be confirmed before the cut-off date of Wednesday, January 6, 2016 before 5:00 PM local time at the hotel. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the hotel on or after the cut-off date will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing rates, based on availability.

Please reference NWA 2016 Winter Board Meeting to get the negotiated Fereral Per Diem room rate currently set at $100 per night, single/double occupancy, plus a 9.9% nightly room tax per night. Also, the hotel will charge an additional $10 fee for a third person sharing a room.

Method of Room Guarantee
Please note that the hotel will require a major credit card to guarantee your room reservations and the first night's deposit (including taxes) payable at the time the room reservation is being made.  

Room Cancellation
You may cancel your room reservations 24 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty and a cancellation number provided simply by calling the hotel directly (800) 247-4431. If reservations are cancelled within the 24 hours prior to your arrival, your first night’s room deposit will not be refunded. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before11:00 AM.
