National WIC Association

Nutrition Coordinator, Registered Dietitian

Noble Community Clinics - WIC (Wautoma, WI)

We are a community health center that has been serving Wisconsin with exceptional integrated healthcare for over 50 years!   We were incorporated in 1973, designated as a Community Health Center in the 1980’s and have been continuously growing and expanding our support and services.  We are driven by a shared mission to ensure access to high quality integrated healthcare and promote the well-being of our patients, staff, and communities.

Our work is about people.  It’s about the patients who entrust us with their care, our team who stands beside us through every challenge and opportunity, and the communities we are privileged to serve.  Together, we create healthy individuals, strong families, and vibrant communities throughout Wisconsin.

This position ensures the delivery of high-quality nutrition services within the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and Fit Families programs by following state and federal guidelines. Serving as a Competent Professional Authority (CPA), the role includes conducting participant-centered nutrition assessments, assigning food packages, providing education (including breastfeeding support), and referring participants to additional services.

The role also oversees all aspects of nutrition services: ensuring policy compliance, supervising staff, managing training and evaluations, participating in planning and reporting, and coordinating with the WIC Director on budgets and clinic flow. As a Fit Families coach, the position includes community outreach and engagement to support long-term nutrition and health outcomes. Additional duties include administrative support (e.g., intake, answering calls, taking measurements) and upholding Noble’s organizational policies.
