Join the Brevard County WIC Team! This position supports the mission and goals of WIC in Brevard County providing nutrition services to prenatal, postpartum, breastfeeding women, infants, and children from birth to five years of age. The duties include conducting nutritional assessments, providing individualized and evidence-based nutrition counseling and education, developing care plans and goal setting, promoting, and supporting breastfeeding, providing referrals, and promoting WIC through participation in community outreach. Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with the major course of study in nutritional science, community nutrition, clinical nutrition or dietetics.
Please note the work week is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
