Noble Community Clinics WIC is seeking a part-time Nutritionist. This position requires you to have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
Job duties include:
Conduct participant-centered nutrition assessments using VENA
Identify/document nutrition risks and provide follow-up for high-risk participants
Assign and tailor WIC food packages
Provide individualized nutrition education, including breastfeeding support
Interpret growth and lab trends
Support participant goal-setting and make referrals to health/social services
Document all nutrition services in accordance with WIC standards
Assist with intake, phone support, anthropometrics, and blood work as needed
Adhere to State WIC and Noble policies; complete required competency training
