Join our team at 11th Avenue Family Medicine as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing integrated care in a primary care setting. You’ll collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to deliver individualized, evidence-based nutrition counseling for patients of all ages, supporting both chronic conditions and preventive care.

Position Details

• Location: Yakima, WA (remote coverage across sites; may float after Sept. 2026)
• Schedule: 34 hours/week
• Pay: $31.20–$38.22/hour DOE (higher for highly experienced candidates)
• $4,250 hiring/retention bonus + relocation assistance + bilingual pay

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide counseling for chronic conditions (diabetes, CVD, GI, obesity, etc.)
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated treatment and education
• Support compliance (FQHC, WIC, HRSA, TJC) and document in EMR
• Precept interns and connect patients to community resources

Qualifications

• Master’s in Dietetics (or Bachelor’s if credentialed pre-2024)
• Registered Dietitian (CDR) + WA State certification (or pending)
• 1+ year experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
