Pay Range: $34.80 - $42.71 Hourly

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, health screenings, growth monitoring, and referrals, along with monthly food benefits for eligible women, infants and children up to age five This professional Dietitian position involves providing direct high-risk nutrition counseling, care plans, education, and referrals to WIC participants using dietary, biochemical, medical and anthropometric data. Dietitians also offer breastfeeding support and serve as consultants to WIC and Health Department staff, delivering all services in a culturally competent and participant-centered manner. This specific position is a Limited Duration assignment that floats between WIC locations and may include assisting with staff training and participating in outreach or work groups.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Location: This position works onsite at the WIC AVIVA clinic at 458 SE 185th Ave, Portland, OR 97233 and other WIC clinic locations.
