WIC Infant Feeding Training Coordinator
Performs advanced training work and oversees various trainings for the Infant Feeding Branch. Work involves overseeing the planning and development of trainings relating to a variety of WIC infant feeding topics, and evaluating those sessions and the outcomes of the training as it relates to program goals and objectives. Performs highly complex consultative services and technical assistance work to local agency staff and physicians regarding appropriate use of formula and medical nutrition products for infants, children, and women. Functions as content expert on formulas and medical nutritional products. May train and/or coordinate the work of others. Work is performed under general supervision of a Manager IV in the Infant Feeding Branch with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
