Performs highly advanced (senior-level) training work and manages the operations of the Training Program under the direction of the Director for Nutrition Education and Clinic Services (NECS) in the Nutrition Services Section. Establishes short and long-term goals and objectives for the Training Program and develops guidelines, procedures and rules for achieving these goals. Evaluates effectiveness of the Program through surveys and other evaluative methods to gather regular feedback from all stakeholders. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Plans and assigns the work of others.
