Often called “Ms. WIC” and “Milk Lady” by kids in the Santo Domingo Pueblo community, Anna Calabaza is passionate about providing healthy foods to WIC families. Through her job as supervisor at the WIC distribution center, she finds joy in building community through food delivery and opportunities to directly interact with the children and families that she serves.
