National WIC Association

2023 NWA WIC Technology, Innovation, and Vendor Management Conference Recordings

November 15-December 23, 2023

About

The National WIC Association (NWA) is offering seventeen (17) recordings from the 2023 NWA WIC Technology, Innovation, and Vendor Management Conference!

Learn about recent innovations that enhance and improve the WIC participant experience. Rapid advances in technological innovations enabled remote services to support access to WIC during the COVID-19 pandemic. WIC is now at a crucial inflection point, where there are important lessons to be learned and conversations to be had, about how technology can be used to support participants to engage and benefit from the program.

Implementing innovative technology and managing program integrity can be complex, but together we can find solutions that provide flexibility and choice for WIC participants and support WIC practitioners to recruit and retain eligible families with high quality services.

For questions, please contact the NWA National Office at ConfSupport@nwica.org

Please note: These recordings are from September 27-29, 2023.
