The WIC Dietitian at Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is responsible for delivering nutrition services to clients of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) supplemental food program. This role includes client certification, individualized nutrition counseling, and education classes. The Dietitian ensures accurate assessments of dietary and health histories, assigns nutritional risk, and prescribes appropriate food packages. Additionally, the role involves planning and teaching group nutrition education and counseling high-risk patients, particularly in obstetrics. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to community health.
