Provide individuals with resource information, education about programs and services that Public Health can assist with such as asthma, birth defects, child and teen checkups, early hearing and detection intervention, emergency response, Follow Along Program, lead, nutrition education, peer breast-feeding, perinatal Hepatitis B, vaccinations, and conduct appointments for families in the WIC program.
