FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This conference was in person last year, why is it virtual this year?
    • Due to the overwhelming positive response to the 2023 Technology, Innovation, and Vendor Management Conference we decided to add the conference as a virtual option this year. Typically this conference is held every other year, alternating with our Nutrition Education and Breastfeeding Conference, so this virtual option is an additional opportunity to connect and learn. This conference will return to in person as usual in 2025.
  • How do I access the conference?
    • If you are registered, once the conference platform goes live you will receive an email from "Team Hubilo" with your access information. The email address is noreply@hubilo.online, so make sure to have that address greenlisted or check your spam if you do not recieve it once the platform has opened. You can also contact confsupport@nwica.org.
  • How do I view sessions on the platform?
    • The best way to get to the sessions is to click on the "agenda" tab at the top of the screen.  This will take you to the daily schedule where you can select what day/time you are looking for and see session titles and other details about the sessions.
  • How do I find handouts from the sessions?
    • If the speaker(s) share their handouts, there will be links at the bottom of the session page where you can download any slides or resources used in the session.
  • Will I be able to watch recordings of the session after the conference?
    • Yes, all registrants will have access to the recordings after the conference until Friday, November 15th, 2024.
  • Will I get continuing education for the conference?
    • NWA will apply for continuing education units for RDs and IBCLCs as appropriate.  The review process can take several weeks so you may not get credits for a few weeks after the conference.  Due to the nature of the sessions, some programming may not qualify for nutrition or breastfeeding credits. We will post information on credits to our website as soon as we have more information
  • I do not see what I'm looking for
    • If you are unable to find an answer to your question in this FAQ, please email confsupport@nwica.org for help
